To our prospective vendors
We sell directly to consumers but we also partner with other businesses to help extend your brand. We negotiate unique agreements with each business partner, so we can meet you where you are. Not producing enough inventory to supply us regularly? Let's talk about a one-time pop-up event. Not ready to wholesale? That's OK, we make consignment deals, too. No time to come to Lansing? We send MiMerc brand reps to travel the state every summer. Sign up for our emails and you'll get notices about where and when. You'll also get to learn what's going on in our shop and get a sense of how it works.
Privacy & Safety
We do not sell customer information. We do share information with our vendors about who purchased their products so they can reach out with information about what else they sell. All of them have opt out policies.
Your privacy and safety of your information is of highest importance to us. We have security protocols in place to protect your information and have a consultant for cybersecurity who helps keep our policies up to the minute on current threats.
Health & Safety
We follow all health orders issued by state and county officials with respect to COVID-19. Currently we have no restrictions on capacity in the store or in the restaurant and bar. Check back for updates.
Servers in our bar and restaurant and all staff in the store have voluntarily disclosed that they are vaccinated. You will see some staff wearing face masks out of an abundance of caution, including those who work in our kitchens. Current guidance is that unvaccinated individuals must where masks and maintain 6 feet of social distance. As we cannot verify the status of our patrons, we urge you to use best judgment about your own health and safety.
We will be glad to see you whenever you deem it safe.
